I AM LOOKING FOR A PERSON THAT LOVES ORGANIZATION, PUZZLES AND EFFIENCY ALONG WITH STYLE, CREATIVITY AND A FIGURE IT OUT ATTITUDE.

Jo's Paper Kitchen is a boutique stationery business that provides custom and semi-custom invitations for couples getting married. Looking to expand our stationery offerings and serve more couples than our regional market. We are a fun, approachable brand that really wants to make our experience easy and enjoyable for our clients.

Tasks/Projects:
Onboard new clients. --- Careful attention to detail and all of the pieces involved in the invitation suite. Quantities, dates, colors and sizes are all important.
Maintain monthly spreadsheets with financials & sales goals.
Maintain Production Calendar for Jo and studio assistant.
Create proofs of Collection Wedding invitations and their accompanying pieces
Create print ready files of final approved artwork following printer specifications
Create Day of Stationery pieces for print (Menu, Posters)
Create social media graphics that support the brand style of Jo’s Paper Kitchen
Knowledge of SEO and ShowIt Web Platform a plus.
Knowledge of Wordpress a plus.

Position Requirements:
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Work 15-20 hours per week (may vary each week), opportunity for growth in hours and wage.
Be available for quick turnaround. Work on your own hours. Ideally, I would assign work during the afternoon CST and then would like it completed by morning of the next day CST.
Have a fast turnaround time for tasks, work quickly and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Have reliable internet connection and Upgrade to see actual infoeck in daily, both before you start your work and at the end of your assignments each day. Track your time spent on projects.
