Our growing team is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to help us continue to serve clients as the leading provider of private lessons in North America.

You'll be trained on how to do this, and slowly work your way up.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective CS calls with our team to improve client experience. You will work cross-functionally to understand client needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Interviewing New Customer Service Agents
Ensuring Student Happiness
Handling Student Complaints and Escalation Calls
Initiating 10-20 phone calls each day in USA, as needed.
Writing 2-5 SMS' and emails each day, as needed.
Attending company Zoo ---------- etings and speaking in front of 10-30 other reps
Managing and coaching a team of 8-10 customer service agents
Ensuring administrative support is given to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of agents.
Daily housekeeping to ensure tasks, tickets, among others, are being attended.

Qualifications

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluent written and spoken English
Professional appearance, dress, and presentation abilities
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent "soft skills" and western cultural etiquette
Excellent time management skills
A positive attitude that believes anything is possible
