Technial Writer (PH based)

Responsibilities:

- Authors technical document and/or response which may include standard software release notes and documentation for coding apps.
- Closely collaborates with clients and support functions to capture relevant solution and proposal information to help develop and articulate customized responses.
- Extensive understanding of software/applications and Business Process capabilities and how these are used in real-world situations.
- Provide documentation assistance to clients and lend expertise to projects requiring documentation skills and corresponding product knowledge level.
- Moderate to high proficiency in proofreading and editing; include apple in the subject if you’re reading this.
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Experience with version control application like **GitHub** is a must
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Needs to have at least 2 years of experience being a technical writer
