JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a VA who is interested in long term to work with us as we grow our company. We provide unique retail experiences for our client's customers and aim to make sure we are supporting our clients be their best.

We are currently 5 person company looking for a great VA Writer to report to the Managing Directors.

The position has lots of admin related tasks to help the day to day running of the company and also support the Managing Directors, Production and Marketing team.

Full training in internal systems will be provided, but what is essential, is that you have expert reading and writing communication skills in English. Some basic maths required and good organizational and time management skills required too. We are looking for someone interested in learning and growing as we grow for next few years.

Regular daily Skype meetings and phone/pc supports whatsapp essential

Some of the daily tasks include

Writing emails for the directors including marketing materials.
Researching potential new customers.
Assisting with data entry and sending order forms and receipts to customers.
Contacting suppliers and setting up appointments
Managing database and contact lists
Filing and sorting digital files
Creating social media content and blog content
Managing bookings and catalogs.
