Trucking Sales for Loadbboards

Our growing team includes 10 virtual members currently, in addition to staff on-site in the USA


We are currently recruiting two full-time Trucking Sales Representatives (Virtual).


Trucking Sales Representative Essential Functions:


* Monitor and work freight load boards, bid on loads in our lanes, interact with the dispatch team to match truck availability with loads available, and close load sales, in accordance with our pricing guidelines.

*Address any service or scheduling issues in a calm and professional manner. Utilizing the opportunity to broaden our relationship with that customer and expand the services that we offer them.

*Answering phones and emails, in order to assist customers with their delivery needs. Respond promptly, with attention to details such as dimensions, pick-up locations, and special instructions in order to insure customers’ needs are met.

*Make outbound calls to customers daily to query customer feedback regarding our service, any additional loads available, and update customer records

* Back up dispatch team, in track, trace, PODs

* Must be action-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


Skills needed:

*Great personality, upbeat attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS OR TRUCKING INDUSTRY IS A MUST

* Ability to build rapport with customers.

* Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products, and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill our mission.

* Attention to detail. Ability to work in a small business team environment as well as function independently with little or no supervision


* work experience in a similar role; Sales, or Dispatching Trucks/ drivers, pro-active tracking locations and ETA, updating customers, escalating potential problems.


- Excellent spoken and written English

- Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Great personality, upbeat attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- We work USA Eastern Time shifts Monday - Friday and some weekends



System Requirements:


-The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and back-up

-Ram should be at least 8 gigs with 100 Gb Free disk space

-A second Monitor for multi-tasking

-A Headset with a noise-canceling feature

-At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main ISP

-Strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
