Business Analyst Consultant

Our dynamic team is looking for a Business Analyst Consultant, who exhibits creativity, innovation, and strong technical skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment, has solid experience requirements gathering, creating user stories BDD / Gherkin, is a strong collaborator, is focused on customer satisfaction and is passionate about driving digital innovation. Also, the suitable candidate must have a strong desire for excellence, self-improvement and enabling others to have the same.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Work on client-facing projects especially with US clients
Drive stakeholder conversations to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations that help guide businesses in improving processes, products and services through digital innovation
Define business requirements, create detailed business analysis and report them back to stakeholders
Write user stories using BDD/Gherkin style and work with the Product Owner
Adept at identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
Run workshops and training sessions
Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and mapping it to the goals/objective of the project
Perform other tasks that might be assigned


Requirements:

At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Agile (Scrum) environment
Customer-facing experience, specifically with US clients
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be willing to work on European or US work shift as project requires
Applies analytical rigor to define outcome measures, improve prioritization, increase agility in decisioning,
Improve ability to evaluate progress towards business outcomes, and to evaluate risks to strategic ---------- velop to-be process flows to support the design, development and process ---------- monstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights and influence business decisions.
Experience performing complex data analysis using various data analytics tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python).
Leverages advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques to manipulate and interpret business results.
Translates findings into insights for strategy management and ---------- municates the significance of strategic insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders to drive business decisions.
Identify and assess risks and dependencies and elevate to leadership team
Create and maintain traceability matrix to requirements and testing outcomes
Candidate must have stable internet connection and work on a 100% work from home set up until further notice**

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
