1. Have experience managing a Virtual Staff and have a proven track record of results. (Agent Recruiting, Buyer and Seller Team).

RESPONSIBILITIES | QUALIFICATIONS:
- Manage a group of 8-10 Appointment Setters (Both Agent Recruiter, ?Buyer, and Seller ISAs).
- Review Team results and provide coaching and script refinements
- Coordination with Managers and agents to close leads and transactions
- High-level organizational skills.
-- Great follow-up skills
- Attention to results
- Call and set appointments - We provide a calling list to target real estate agents and a CRM to convert buyers and sellers to appointments. As leaders we walk the talk, we expect our team leaders to go to the trenches and know the challenges on the ground and address and refine existing systems, scripts, and objections.
- Have done this type of project in the past.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
- Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
- We pay a competitive salary aside from bonuses

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 Years Experience as a Real Estate Appt Setter for recruiting agents or managing buyer and seller leads to convert to appointments.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus. Nice to have knowledge and experience with any of the following:
*** Seize the Market CRM
*** Online Dialer (Vulcan 7 or Mojo)
*** MLS
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Relatively new computer with a minimu ---------- mory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Good quality headset
** Non-distracting homework environment
