Software Support

we're looking for someone who can work 30-40 hrs per week.

Are you great with learning software? Do you like helping people? Are you passionate about animal rescue and people helping animals? Then this is the job for you. Upgrade to see actual info is a custom-built "Uber for animals" and supports more than 30,000 volunteers and 5,000 organizations. We're looking for customer service people to join our team to help new organizations (and volunteers) be successful in using the software and getting the most out of it. After all, when they're successful, more animals are saved so we're passionate about making them successful.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
-Software Testing
-Lead other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Characteristics:
-Must be a self-starter
-Can communicate well in English (written and verbal)
-Knowledgeable in social media
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Team player
-Has the initiative to find answers on their own whenever needed
-Can work with minimal supervision/hand-holding
-Has a positive attitude
-Comfortable in multi-tasking and can work in a deadline-driven work environment
