Prepares required reports with 99,50?curacy based on agreed turnaround time and frequency
Collaborates well with Client Care Staff his referred cases
Logs successful calls in SalesForce within the call date and immediately refer requests beyond scope for callback of a tenured staff. Monitors and closes all open Service Requests on agreed turnaround time
Conducts outbound calls to clients with return to sender (RTS) or undelivered billing notices (BNs) to verify their complete address and contact details as well as proactively callout clients upon delivery of their billing notice (BNs) in an accurate, professional, timely and polite manner using the prescribed scripts of Client Care.
Handles simple and general inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts
Refers request beyond scope and/or escalate as appropriate client's complaints if any, to his/her Team Lead
Attends meetings, daily huddles if any and complete all counter based trainings as required
Adheres to all measurable department performance standards including but not limited to the following: schedule & break adherence, attendance, aux guidelines, accuracy, etc.
Provides excellent "front-line" service over the telephone at all times.
Job Qualification:
Proficient with MS Office
With typing speed at least 40wpm
At least 6 months experience of any Customer Service function
Good English oral and written communication skills
Willing to work in BGC Taguig
