Wordpress Developer/Designer (Blog Project)

I have a website with a fresh install of wordpress. I wish to create a full featured blog on this website.

I have an example of what im looking for.

I use Optimized Press Theme to build most things, but am open to new ideas.

This will be a project price of $100 to start, but will pay more if i think needed.
