QA / Software Tester

Key Responsibilities:
-Test new and existing features, debug code (units, system, and integration & regression), and report errors and failures
-Analyzing use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
-Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
-Provide timely solutions
-Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
-Provide support, documentation, and gathering requirements
-Work collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participate in testing
-Scripting and Maintaining the API Tests.

Qualifications & Experience
-3+ years of working experience in a similar field
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or college diploma in QA Testing
-Experience working with testing APIs
-Experience working with automation tests using API Tool like Postman
-Experience using web-based and mobile testing frameworks
-Experience using project tracking software is considered a strong asset (ex: JIRA)
-Keen attention to detail
-Ability to solve complex problems
-Determination and tenacity to commit to the end when solving issues
