Customer Service Support

Our US-based client is looking for a Customer Support Supervisor who can work during US PST hours with excellent phone skills and is comfortable speaking to American customers.

Ideally they are looking for someone who has:
- at least 5 years+ experience in customer service support from call center industry
- management and office administrative experience
- has experience using spreadsheets: good command of writing basic formulas, sorting data, filtering data with Spreadsheets
- Able to write professional business correspondence; written fluency in English

Salary starts at $600
Work hours: 845am-645pm US PST
