Experience Website Developeer

We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast paced environment and perform a variety of duties to help ensure successful completion of daily targets. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Must be able to work US Pacific Time hours between 6am Pacific Time and 3pm Pacific Time
Designing a website wire frame layout and providing a PDF template for the client to preview
Strong skills and experience in WordPress required.
Understanding of Divi theme.
Creation of Graphics for use on website, emails, digital marketing, and print marketing.
Experience working with sales funnels.
Strong written content creation skills.
Ability to utilize Trello for project management
Ability to create custom script using JavaScript and PHP
Ability to optimize sites including CSS and JS minimization, without disrupting display or function
Ability to research and utilize provided content in work tasks
All other duties as assigned

While AI is a tool we use, it's not an acceptable replacement for these skills. You must have these skills AND be able to use AI.

You must be proficient in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking) and have a high attention to detail.

You must be willing to learn and adhere to company processes & procedures.

Applicants must be willing to work Full Time and Track Hours according to company policy.

You must be willing to learn and apply best practices for best results across varied industry niche websites. We will teach you what we need you to do, and you will use any resources available to accomplish our goals.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Pay periods are every 2 weeks.
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We offer 2 paid personal days in addition to paid holidays
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Labor Day, Independence Day, Eid al-Adha, National Heroes Day, Bonaficio Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Rizal Day, New Year’s Eve (these days do not count against your personal days)
