Inside Sales Associate

We are searching for experienced, HUNGRY, and driven professionals who are looking to make a transition to a top performing real estate team (real estate experience not needed). If the idea of being the first point of contact in a transaction and making 200+ calls per day to generate business and bonuses gets your adrenaline going, you should probably keep reading.

Responsibilities and Duties

The primary responsibility of this role is outbound calling to prospective buyers & sellers, to set appointments for them to meet with our Buyer & Listing Specialists. 6+ hours of your day will be spent on the phone talking to prospective clients. 2+ hours of your day will be spent communicating with leads via email, & text

You will be expected to:

Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads daily.
Convert massive amounts of leads to appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists by utilizing strong communication and follow up skills that qualify motivation.
Build and manage the sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle by using team CRM.
Record daily productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Consistently meet/exceed team standards each month.
