We are a rapidly growing ecommerce company selling our own branded products online and on Amazon (FBA).
We are based in France and selling all over Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain & Italy).
We're looking to hire a super-cool Project Manager / Chief Operating Officer to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll be working right alongside the CEO (he's writing this ad as we speak). We don't want you to work FOR us. We want you to work WITH us. You will have a lot of responsibility.
Some of the tasks include:
- Report data on a daily basis (sales per product / country, conversion rate, review)
- Manage customer service (invoice, issue, follow up, return / reimbursement).
- Find new products to extend our range (reports based on ROI and competitiors)
- Product sourcing from China
- Manage and optimise Amazon product listings.
- Handle our Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC)
- Create and manage email auto responders to request reviews after sales.
- Social media marketing. Write content on our social accounts to engage audience.
Highly desirable:
- Experience selling on Amazon (private labeling is preferred).
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking). Not afraid to make phone calls if needed.
- Other languages to communicate with our customers based in Europe is a great plus for your application (german, french, spanish and italian).
- Skype and microphone are essential.
- Must have good reliable and fast internet connection.
- Very detail oriented.
- Interest for personal development and learning new things on a regular basis.
We are looking for 1 x fulltime position (40hr/week) for above work to join our team and be a long term asset to our company.
We will start with a trial period for the first month (renewed every week)
