Project Manager for Blockchain

Job Description
Empire Token is looking for a Project Manager to manage the organization of key projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Project Manager Duties
Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Project Manager Requirements
Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Job Requirements
Should be multitasking to work on diverse projects at a time
Keep the required deliverables organized for multiple projects
Agile, with a proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and adhere to tight deadlines
A candidate should have a basic understanding of crypto space to quickly understand the nature of each project
Working with our clients and developers to share ideas for new projects
Coordinate efficiently among team members to complete the project on time.
Conflict Management skills because teams are consist of diverse backgrounds
Help streamline workflow and identify process improvement opportunities
Lead meetings when required
Positive attitude with eloquent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan all essentials for the project is assigned
Performs other assigned work on time
Accountable for every aspect of the project
Communicating timely information and updates on the project
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to a team member when required
Must be able to keep open and honest communication
Prepare a weekly report on the progress of the project
Should be able to solve issues when things go wrong while working on the task
Stakeholder's satisfaction is the responsibility of the project manager
Boosting the morale and stress management of team members.
