Outbound Telemarketing Specialist

*Responsible for placing outbound calls to prospects of a given calling campaign.
*Schedule appointments for clients to meet with prospective customers from the business proposition offered.
*Must identify the decision maker (DM) and complete the goal of the call as defined by the calling campaign.
*Must accurately complete a call log for each dial and send emails to all prospects who agrees to receive one.
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Maintains operations by following policies and procedures of the company.
*Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
*Individuals must have Persuasion, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization, Energy Level, Persistence, Product Knowledge
*Must be result-oriented and be able to work independently with little supervision.

Job Qualifications:
*Must be at least 20 years old
*Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree (2nd year), any field.
*Good communication skills in English.
*1-2 years of telemarketing experience.
