- Self Motivated
- Constantly wanting to improve
- Responds well to constructive criticism
- Listens twice as much as they speak
- Interested in reading books (paid by the company)
- Excellent english with little to no accent
- Experience with real estate cold calling
- Experience with SMS marketing

Now to the good stuff.... I am looking to reward you off performance, any leads you convert will be paid 1% of the net profits. So if the company makes $20,000 (our average for this year) then you will make an additional $200 upon closing! If you do a second one, then you will be paid 0.5% on top of the 1%, so if your second conversion is 1.5% with a $20,000 closing then you will be paid $300.. this will keep going until the end of the Quarter when it resets.
