Ecommerce CS Agent

Good day! Our 7-figure e-commerce business is looking for a cheerful and dedicated Customer Success Representative with experience in Dropshipping.

We are a team of 8 members and looking to expand as the business is growing. We need a Customer Success agent who can assist us in handling customer emails(nonvoice)

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be dealing with emails from different Countries (email templates are provided)
You will be reporting to the CS manager if there are any escalations that need to be handled by the CS team
Coordinate with the team most of the time

Our starting rate for this job is $3 per hour with a potential increase based on your performance. Make sure to put the word Green in the first part of your application so we are aware that you read the job description.
