Roofing Estimator

I am looking for someone who is familiar enough with commercial blueprints and specifications to help me bid on potential roofing jobs. The ideal candidate could look through the plans and specifications for a project and identify an accurate amount of materials needed to bid on a roof. Additionally, bids will be made on new houses and reroofs from storms. Ideally information could be submitted, and then I would receive a turnaround within 24 hours.
