Responsibilities
Incorporation or registration of new Companies, LLP and other entities.
Drafting of Directors'/Members' resolutions.
Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM)/Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents.
Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documents.
To lodge annual returns and other matters with ACRA and any other government agencies, as and when required.
Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation.
Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum A levels or diploma in business studies, accountancy or law is preferred. Those who do not hold the relevant qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Ability to interact well with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
