We are a successful jewellery brand in the UK, we are looking for a driven, innovative and experienced E-Commerce VA to assist with daily business operations.
JOB ROLE
General administrative tasks
Listing optimisations
Customer support
Customer concessions
Account health management
Manage orders and returns
REQUIREMENTS
* With minimum 2 years experience in Amazon Seller Central and Ebay
* Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Basic Graphics Design skills
* Will happily work PH time 15.00 - 23.00 and 2 hours on weekends
* Reliable and Strong Internet Connection
* Legitimate references that can be verified
* An organised thinker, a diligent tracker, and an excellent problem solver
* Knows how to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of any issue
* Have a versatile approach towards work and ability to pick up other responsibilities within the business
* Confident in yourself and not easily offended
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
* Experience in Shopify preferred
