JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Service - You will be required to answer incoming emails about stores stocking our product, reply to customer complaints / queries and answer incoming requests for more information.

Please only apply if you are able to meet on skype for interviews. The interview process will be very long but this is a very good company to work for.

Please apply only if you can write in English with correct grammar and punctuation, this is a fun company and requires an upbeat additional staff member. Knowledge and experience with kids a bonus.

Social Media - Collating content for Facebook relating to babies and motherhood. To show that you have read this please put the word baby in the header of your cover letter. Posting on instagram, using canva to make pretty pictures, hashtagging and growing followers, collecting recipes and activities for babies/ toddlers. Turning an image into a Pin, changing it to make it relevant for instagram, changing it again for a blog post and changing it a final time to make it more suited to Facebook

Writing - must be able to transcribe from video. Must be able to turn transcriptions into articles by editing them so they sound more like the written word instead of the spoken word. Must be able to choose most important quotes from a transcription of a topic.

Online chat monitoring and responding- Sydney Australia time 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Communication - must be able to check in weekly via skype, must text message or watsapp each day with what you are working on, any important news for the owner, questions etc

Must be online and talking to us (not working on other jobs) Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm AEST.

Video editing also a plus. Please indicate if you can do it and what your experience is.
