The Foundation for Talent Transformation has an immediate need for a Virtual Assistant to report to our Social Media Manager. The job requires excellent communication skills, creative copywriting skills, a customer service temperament, and a personality to communicate with staff, website users, and volunteers with information to build the reputation of the US-based Foundation. This is a full-time position (30 hours/week) reporting to the Social Media Manager (based in the Philippines), who reports to the President (based in the US). This position would best fit a self-motivated, organized, responsive, helpful, and deadline-oriented professional with the ability to work remotely with others worldwide.
The Foundation is a charitable organization assisting individuals in staying relevant by helping them understand themselves, others, their futureselves, and the future of work. The Foundation is a US nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization.
The Virtual Assistant's role is to assist the Social Media Manager in building a community of those engaged with the Foundation's mission and requires proactive and sensitive interaction with various internal and external contacts. This position will be responsive to members of the Foundation's Community, including but not limited to:
? Users and members
? Coaches and consultants
? Member of the Advisory Board(s)
? Those supportive of the Foundation's mission
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include suporting our Social Media Manager to build goodwill in the Talent Transformation community by:
? Creating one engaging paragraph a week for the organization's newsletter
? Using Wix to prepare and send weekly newsletters
? Using Wix to maintain the directory of Career Coaches
? Creating engaging copy for social media posts
? Responding to
? Assisting President in engaging with Community when required
? Assisting in building and nurturing relationships with the Community
? Manage the pipeline of organizations and individuals that want to be in the Foundation's directories and webcasts
? Assist with logistics of the Foundation's virtual and face-to-face events
Required Qualifications and Skills
? Excellent and proactive communication skills
? Creative copywriting skills
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as journalism, marketing, advertising, communications, or management is preferred
? Excellent US English writing skills for correspondence and short articles
? Marketing and communications skills to persuasively explain the Foundation's story
? Ability to work independently and as part of a remotely configured team
? Proficiency in computer skills related to using a CRM, Teams, Word, managing message templates, correspondence, communications, and reporting.
? Highly collaborative, communicative, and has a "let's build each other up" attitude.
