We are looking for a CSR Admin wanting to work full-time with our company. You will get a chance to learn new skills, create presentations, project manage and support our amazing sales team. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our clients and Sales Rep.
Ideal Candidates will be:
Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
Have a love for administrative support
A strong multitasker who takes strong project ownership.
Direct experience in a customer service role
Direct experience in the Promotional Industry a huge plus.
Highly organized
Have a proven history of filling roles on a strict deadline
Be willing to ask when guidance is needed
Is a team player above all
Responsibilities:
Run daily report of open orders and complete follow up for reason(s) listed on the report
Help create presentations for clients and recommend new ideas.
Review orders to ensure ship date and method will result in timely arrival
Track shipments on various shippers’ websites
Communicate with manufacturers via phone,
Retain and appropriately apply knowledge of multiple vendors & products
Relay compassion, desire to help and service oriented attitude; appropriately balancing empathy and firmness
Report to work timely and consistently with minimal unplanned absences
Provide backup to other customer service representatives
Role Requirements
Industry: Promotional
Work Shift: 8:00 to 5:00 PST, California
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 30,000 to 45,000 php
Paid Time off: 10 Days per year
Experience in a customer service role
Preferred: 2+ years of promotional products experience
Using: Sage/BrightSites/ShopVox
Design: CorelDraw
Skilled in Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Excel, Planner, Teams
