The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key support position for the Fertility and Pregnancy Institute.

The Fertility and Pregnancy Institute helps women all over the world reverse reproductive aging, get pregnant quickly and easily, reduce miscarriage risk and finally have the superbaby™ they have been dreaming of for as long as they can remember.

You will be responsible for managing our CRM Active Campaign, building out funnels, creating pages & campaigns, setting up sequences, etc.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position
Must be willing to work US hours (ideally 10am-7pm GMT+1 (Portugal))

Compensation:

PHP50,000 - 60,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

*Database management, email sequences and provide technical support
* Managing email marketing tasks (setting up, tracking and updating in Active Campaign)
* Active Campaign database management
* Making sure Naming Protocol is being followed in Active Campaign
* Providing tech support, troubleshooting and fixing tech glitches
* Submitting Support tickets with Active Campaign and resolving issues
* Creating/ editing membership courses in Active Campaign
* Tech Wellness Checklist with account (Monthly)
* Assisting with Launches & Content Marketing Team as needed
* Updating & Scheduling email sequences in Active Campaign
* WordPress edits
* Fix Technology and backend glitches and issues
* Post production on videos, adding branded thumbnail, uploading to web portal within 24 hours of clients calls and trainings

The ideal candidate will:

* MUST know Active Campaign inside & out - at least 2 years experience
* You LOVE tech and know too many tech platforms to list!
* MUST be proficient in Gdrive and G Suite



* You’re a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
* Have experience with WordPress; HTML experience is a huge PLUS
* You like routine and knowing what to expect each week, reliable and dependable to get consistent tasks done each week plus manage tasks associated with various projects at the same time.
* Meticulous and detail-oriented.
* Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm)
* Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
* Excel at getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
* You are tech-savvy, figure out new digital programs & tools without much hand-holding
* You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech & automation to save time
