AGENCY MANAGER / Partner

Looking to start an agency to two targeted markets for VAs. I will fund and secure whatever is needed to make it a success. Must either current manage 50+ people or have experience managing in an office of hundreds of people and you are/were resposible for team of 20 or more. There will be a salary, an income and bonus based on business. I am only looking for great people if you are off are not stellar please do not waste our time.

Salary will be a mix of Monthly plus production bonus. Willing to take on as Partner with 12-24 of consistent growth. Well Financed and stable financial ability will allow us to make a lot of money. I have a lot of US and European business contacts as well as in UAE.
