Full-time Freelance Graphic Designer

Hi, I'm running a graphic design agency with customers requesting ongoing design tasks on a daily basis.

I'd like to invite graphic designers with the following strong skillsets:

Someone who is willing to work fast, under pressure.
Someone who is able to follow requirements and interpret customers' requirements.
Keynote on Mac OS
Image editing skills in Photoshop
Vector creation in Adobe Illustrator
Landing page designs in Adobe XD
Illustration skills
Animation of graphics and text
Detailed-oriented
Follow requirements and instructions
Design based on brand guides
Well-organized when working with layers in Adobe
The turnaround time of each task has to be within 2 hours.
Good command of English, written and spoken

Expect requests every hour between 9am to 6pm Philippines time.

Lunch break from 12 to 1pm.

You can take your own mini-breaks in between tasks scheduled for you.

Each task requirement is always considered production-level, simple graphic work. For example, if the request is to do a book of 100 pages, you are not expected to complete the book in 2 hours. But you are expected to do a job of quality for at least a few pages in 2 hours.

If there are no tasks for the day, you will also be paid. You can do anything else you want but be on standby because you may get notified of tasks in real-time.

We have our own Google Drive to save your work, you don't need to use your own Google Drive account.

You must have your own Adobe CC program.

Your internet speed must match 80mbps and uptime must be 99.99% every day.
Your computer (Mac OS) must have sufficient memory to work on huge file sizes for print work.

You work with a team of 3, if you need to take leave, work with your team to take over your tasks until you return.

We strictly don't work on Saturdays and Sundays Singapore time. For weekdays after 6pm, there are times when our designers choose to complete some tasks, they are paid accordingly by the hours. Otherwise, we advise you to stop work by 6pm daily.
