JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ads manager/media buyer to assist in our client fulfillment.

Day-to-Day Requirements of Role:

- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- Monitoring ad campaigns for Facebook ads, Tiktok ads, Google ads
- Strong math and analysis skills which might involve processing and filtering data in Excel.
- Editing campaigns that fall below KPI with high CPL
-Experience and Knowledge in improving ROAS, CPA & PPC formulas well, (CTR, CPC CPM CPA Conv.R etc, you will be tested during the interview)
- Targeting selected groups through keyword and audience research.
- Writing copy and uploading images/videos that perform well on ads
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Using Canva for editing and creating images/videos for ads
- Naturally empathetic, pragmatic and exudes adaptability, positive attitude and hunger for learning (Including Self Learning from resources provided.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with vigilance, accuracy and attention to detail

*Basic know how of shopify stores
*Google Analytics, Facebook & Tiktok Pixel data
*Facebook & Instagram E-commerce/ Traffic/ Lead generation Ad Campaigns
*Snapchat & Tiktok Ad Campaigns
*Google Shopping & other Google Ad Campaigns
*iMovie, clipchamp or other video editing experience
