Salary for the
first 90 days will be up to $175 USD a month. After 90 days salary is negotiable. NOT BEFORE THEN.

Seeking a long term; trusted assistants that will work closely with our staff to develop and grow an internet marketing business. Must be willing to learn, be flexible, and willing to bring great ideas to the table.

Below you will find some details of type of skills that will be needed below, along with some details of employment terms.

Interview Process:
The interview will be conducted via Skype chat (No face to face). Please provide you Skype ID.
If we determine you to be a good candidate, we will ask you to perform a small task that you will have 24 hours to complete.
If the outcome of that task is successful, then the next and final step would be to agree the details to start employment.

There is a 90 day trial period - - If you passed the trial period there will be discussions on increase of pay, commission incentives, 13th month pay, etc.

The required tasks will vary from day to day, but will be picked from this list.

Website Tasks
1. Check and update web domain registration
2. Register Domain Names
3. Make WordPress Blogs, membership sites
4. Update WordPress Websites (Posts, Pages, Media, Videos)
5. Adding WordPress Plug-ins

Lead generation
1. Getting more fans for my fan pages
2. Getting more visitors to my opt-in pages

Advertising
1. Managing my Facebook Ad campaign
2. Assessing Ad campaign efficiency
3. Managing my re-targeting
4. Organising Events on FB to promote webinars

Analytics
1. Working with Google Analytics.
a. General stats
b. Goal funnels
c. Split testing


Driving Traffic
1. Contacting JV partners
2. Contacting New Ads for solo ads
3. Finding YouTube videos to hi-jack
4. Researching Facebook NewsGroups / Creating Custom Audiences
5. Drive Traffic.

Working Hours:
Contract will be for 40 hours a week (Flexible work schedule)

Working Days:
Working Days will be from Monday to Friday, although this may be negotiable, we can work on other options if necessary.


Start Date: 14 March 16.

Required Daily Communication via email and/or project management platform. Communication is required on every working day and will cover....

What you think we should do next?

Time Off:
If you request any time off, this must be with two week’s notice.
Time-off must not exceed 25 days a year.
Will discuss paid leave after the 90 day trial.

First Month of 90 day Trial: To help discover if we are a good match for each other and the can enjoy working together, the first month will be considered a trial, meaning that there is no promise of further work.
The agreement can be terminated either by you or by me at any time, if there are reasons that you or I feel that we are not working well together.

Payment:
For the first month, payment will be weekly, paid at the end of the week.
If the first month’s trial is successful, employment will continue.
After the first month payment will be every month, paid at the end of the month. A 13th Month payment is payable on or before 24th Dec, but this will be in proportion for time of service (e.g. 1/2 if you have been working for me for 6 months).
Payments will be made using PayPal


Working Terms and Conditions:
1. English is required to high standard, both verbal and written English.
2. All content created and business ideas are owned by our company, GM Agency, even if you created it.
3. Content created under this contract cannot be reused for any other purpose without express written consent from me.
4. Payment will be on completion of the work, to my satisfaction.
5. You must only work for me.
No other work can be undertaken.
6. Daily reporting is necessary
7. 1st month is a trial (for both you and me)... just to find out if we work well together – Next 60 days is to see if you can handle the work load, if successful, further commitments may be made.
8. You need to have your own computer and access to the internet.
9. Screen monitoring software may be used.
