To support the Snr Marketing Manager and Marketing team to set and deliver an effective digital strategy as part of the overarching customer and marketing strategy across all channels including digital, social and loyalty platforms to build the Equalution brand and drive its commercial success
key responsibilities include:
Provide expertise across performance marketing channels and input into media buying.
Understand, analyse, and identify key optimisation opportunities to maximise business performance.
Support the development, execution, and optimisation of search & social PPC & CPA strategies including affiliates
Provide feedback, insights and opportunities for eCommerce, marketing, and merchandise team members to improve skills and understanding of performance marketing.
To be successful in this role, you will be a result driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:
Demonstrated technical competence and industry understanding across marketing technology and Search, Research & data insights, Direct, Econometrics.
Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data for the purpose of optimisation and future planning recommendations.
Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, EDM, Performance marketing, Social and Affiliate Marketing.
Ability to articulate performance analytics at differing levels of understanding, with solid communication and presenting skills
Experience with integrated campaign management and digital campaign optimisation including Google Ad campaigns.
Experience managing large amounts of data.
