US Insurance agency seeking a virtual assistant to answer incoming calls and make outbound calls along with additional data entry duties. We are located in the central time zone and would require someone willing to work our business hours (PHP graveyard shift.) During scheduled work hours you must be exclusively available to our agency.
Training will be up to 2 weeks and will be paid.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls using phone script
- Make outbound calls to mortgage companies
- Extensive data entry
- Uploading documents to customer files
- Updating AMS/CRM/Infusionsoft (as needed) to ensure accuracy of records
- Adding notes/quotes to NowCerts agency management system
- Calling out on all notices of cancellation and following up to ensure policies are paid.
- Handles all incoming calls during meetings and office closures

- Must be fluent in English both reading, speaking, and writing
- Must have dedicated hi speed internet service with backup connection
- Must own your own computer with at least Windows 10 and 2 monitors
- Must have video and voice chat ability for interview and during work hours
No prior insurance experience necessary. We will train the right candidate.
