Sales AGENT Position
Required to have own computer, headset, quite space to work, web camera, and wired internet
We will set you up with company email, phone, and leads
$106 Pesos per hour base to start with bonus potential every week
Outbound sales experience is not required!
Paid Training - We provide paid training. Experienced applicants highly encouraged to apply!

Our department is closed on weekends, allowing our sales agents to receive every weekend off, no matter the shift.
Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
Build and maintain company-customer relationships.
Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls.
Make outbound follow up calls
Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer
Able to wear headset for duration of shift
Have time management, and follow-up skills
Have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic, motivated and solution-oriented
Practices self-discipline
Able to stay on task without constant supervision to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
Possess the ability to receive and give feedback in a professional manner
Be able to work remotely in a professional manner
Communicate with the management team on a regular basis to discuss personal performance
Extremely reliable and dependable

Dispatcher Position
We are open 9am-5pm CST. Dispatcher may have to work some days at 6am ---------- pends if trucks need same day loads. Dispatchers may work a few hours on weekends.

Utilize route data management procedures and technologies to provide drivers with route information and ensure collection of the associated route data.
Dispatch drivers daily
Work closely with sales department with load requests
Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, scheduling and dispatching of the day to day operations
