Facebook Marketplace

Applicants must have experience using these platforms including but not limited to setups, tabs and function navigation, customer support, seller support.

Applicants must have actual prior experience dropshipping and not just customer support.


We are looking for a high-developed and talented virtual assistant with extensive experience and deep knowledge in dropshipping.

Ideal applicant for this job must be self disciplined, organized, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and available to work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM US EST. Daily tasks:
Searching for and Sourcing high hot demand/low supply (potential) selling products
Fulfilling customer orders, uploading, and monitoring tracking details
Handling customer service calls and emails in a timely manner
Using Google Drive/Excelsheets to upload product details, track orders, and calculate expenses and profits
Uploading daily report of all tasks completed by the end each working day
Searching and recommending potential suppliers for dropshipping

Requirements:
Must have strong prior experience dropshipping to at least one of these platforms. eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Shopify.
Must be goond in English communication and comfortable with customer communications.
Must show a proof of prior work experience using at least one of the following methods: prior sales track, employer recommendation, etc.
Must have solid experience in product research and avoid copying products and titles
Must be able to recreate titles and use SEO keywords for each product they list .
Most have solid knowledge and understanding in using some of the following tools: AutoDS, Zik Analytics, DSM Tools, OAGenius, Informed / Appeagle, SKUgrid, RevSeller, ASINZEN, Keepa, DS Amazon quick view, Webscrapper App, Tactical Arbitrage, Sourcemogul. Amz scraper. Heluim 10, Spot and Paste
Experience in tools such as Adspy, Pipiads, Ecomhunt are pluses, but not required.
Knowing how to edit images manually or using tools such as Cavana is a plus
Prior experience dropshipping from Chinese suppliers such as Alibaba and Ali Express. Tasks include finding, negotiation, and making dropshipping deals with suppliers such offering dropshipping with fast shipping, etc. is a plus

Must have at least experience in Excel Sheets
