Must be able to speak with customers and get information and documentation for residential loans. Upon receipt of documentation verify it is correct and matches the loan application. Act as the intermediary during the loan process between the loan officer, processing and the customer, potentially obtaining more documentation or clarification of information.
Maintain database of customers and schedule marketing and/or informational correspondence to the customer and realtors.
Maintain database and send realtors and other business referrals marketing pieces. Knowledge of websites and developing new flyers is required.
Call people on database and explain services provided, send follow-up emails and schedule appoints for
loan officer.
Call other loan officers on database, explain the positives of switching to our company, provide follow up email and set appointments.
This is a 40 hour/week position
