TITLE: Customer Service Representatives

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-responsible for acting as a liaisons to assists with general inquiries, updates, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries..

The two most important things for us are #1 attitude and #2 must be coachable
Experience in:
1-2 years experience in Customer/Client Service -Support

Must-haves:
- An excellent attitude #1
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Nice to have:
1-2 years experience working online, but not necessary

JOB TYPE
Full time contract 40 hours/week (Fixed Rate)
100% Remote (Work Schedule 8:00PM -5:00PM EST


PAY RATE
24,000PHP/month
with Healthcare and PTO Credits after 6 month, Birthday and Anniversary Bonus
