eCommerce/Publishing Virtual Assistant for Children's book company

I own a children's book company in California. We specialize in bilingual books in Chinese and English books. ----------

I am looking for a long-term full-time virtual assistant who is a reliable, a self-starter, tech-savvy, organized, a strong communicator, and an efficient problem solver. There will be some training, but I need someone who is also proactive and can figure things out on their own efficiently.

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Order and shipment management
- Communicating with vendors and my warehouse
- Sending invoices and collecting payment
- Updating my Shopify website
- Uploading files and data to Amazon FBA, KDP, Ingramspark
- Research
- Organizing files
- Social Media planning
- Graphic design via Canva
- Copywriting/Creative writing
- Managing my facebook groups
- Basic Video editing and audio editing
- Creating and sending marketing emails

Nice to have, but not required:
Can speak/read Mandarin Chinese
Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Indesign
Basic web development skills
Experience with Amazon FBA

1. Excellent English skills. You must have an English score of C2(Advanced/Mastery), all candidates that do not have this score will not be considered.
2. Be able to commit full-time (minimum of 40 hours a week)

The rate is $500/month, you do not have to work US hours, as long as it is 40 hours a week.
