Online Marketing Strategist

I'm looking for someone to help me think through strategies to increase sales to my websites, increase my leads and improve all marketing communications including social media, email marketing campaigns and sms marketing. You will be asked to analyze our business and give us a detailed plan of the different marketing strategies you believe we could be using to make more sales and increase leads. The starting wage will be flexible in a show us what you can do contract to start. If your suggestions AND implementation of the same work then we can increase the contract and discuss other forms of wage such as commissions and bonuses for results. We are interviewing immediately for this position and plan to hire someone within the next week.
