Looking for a Lead Generation virtual assistant!

Hi, I’m looking for a virtual assistant to find me 450 leads per week (1800 new leads per month.) This will be in the form of email address and further contact ---------- itially this will be for one month, but if you do great work, we will have a long lasting partnership. The applicant should speak good/very good English, and preferably have prior experience with lead generation (although this is not a must). I have created a 10 minute video (link is above) which shows exactly what will be required of you.

1. How can I check if a lead is already using Facebook ads for their business? please state the method mentioned in the video.
2. In order to see if you understand, please explain to me why I am collecting email addresses (mentioned in the video)

4. What is your English speaking level? (e.g. C1,C2)
5. Do you already have experience with lead generation? If yes, please explain in further detail. How many leads did you find per hour, on average?
