Graphic Design Manager

Intro

Hello, we are looking for a virtual assistant in the graphic designer & management space. We are seeking a long-term relationship with a tea ---------- mber who is a good communicator, problem solver and hard working. The ability to work independently and the ability to follow directions is required. We are a North American based seller on amazon and are looking for someone to help with the company's design work.


Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

-Communicate with different specialists on the team to create customer facing content
-Spend the time communicating the end result to subcontractors (designers ), reviewing & asking for iterations, approving the final design
-You and the team you manage will own the responsibility for
--Product Insert / thank you cards
--Design artwork and text for product boxes
--Create infographic for product listing
--Design A+ content
--Design logos for new brands
--Build instruction manuals


Secondary Roles and Responsibilities:

-When small design changes are needed to do these personally
-Keeping management informed of the progress for each project






This role is great if you are:

1. Able to work above +10 hours a week
2. Knowledge of Canva (Preferred)
3.Knowledge of Ai format (Preferred)
4. High attention to detail (Required)
5. Knowledge Photoshop (Preferred)
6. Good ability to communicate in English written & spoken (Required)
