Social Media Community Manager - TikTok & Instagram

Docking Drawer is the market leader of in-drawer electrical outlets.

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking to hire a Social Media Community Manager reporting to the marketing team.

You will work closely with account strategy, analytics, social media, digital media, and creative teams. We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team of digital marketing experts in the Philippines.

About You

You are an excellent communicator, coachable, have a voice, want to have fun, have a good work ethic, and you are seeking a long-term working relationship so as we invest in each other, we can grow together.

We are looking for someone who has strong writing and verbal communication skills, has knowledge of the latest social media trends and techniques, and superb time management skills.

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with Instagram and TikTok. We want someone who will provide solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

Other key responsibilities:
Grow our Instagram and TikTok community
Perform strategies to increase engagement
Perform day-to-day tasks to ensure community functions, engagements and efforts are tracked, monitored, and running smoothly

The more you learn about Docking Drawer the more projects we can assign to you. You love Zoom and are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. You glide through sending messages in Slack and more important, you ask questions to gain understanding. Being inquisitive and fun are a big plus. You are fun and easy to do business with.

Required Equipments
Computer with working headset and camera for Zoom video meetings

Software Experience Needed
Communications via Slack, Zoom
Project Management via Click Up
Knowledge of programs to manage online postings on different platforms

About The Job
We are directly hiring for this position and we are not an agency
Must be available anytime between 6 to 10 am PST
Must be available at least 20 hours per week

Payment
We pay hourly employees every Monday via Wise
Or we can pay on retainer monthly
