Job Purpose
The VA Appeal Writer role reports to and the VA Appeals Team Lead and assists clients with the reinstatement of their ---------- ASINs.

Duties and responsibilities
Research Performance Notifications, ASIN Data, Voice of the Customer, and other client information to understand the background and root causes leading to ASIN suspensions.
Write ASIN Appeals and Escalation Letters, and guide clients through the ASIN reinstatement process.
Work closely with the VA Appeals Team Lead to review letters and appeals prior to delivery to ensure the correct approach, tone, and language.
Participate in peer-to-peer discussions and training with other VA Appeal Writers for team building and skill improvement.
Participate in monthly training to build knowledge and skills needed to manage a full roster of appeal types.
Continuously improve writing skills (word choice, grammar, etc.) to ensure successful client communication in English
Participate in regular round tables and other process improvement activities to develop and document best practices for the VA Appeal Writers Team.
