Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our client to ensure smooth, efficient operation of their daily business activities. The Virtual Assistant will support the client and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, operational performance, and communication.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized with great attention to details, have excellent time management skills, and a proactive self-starter who can act and complete tasks with minimal ---------- PETENCIES:

Have daily briefs and updates with the client
Optimize the use of client’s CRM
Lead Generation
Create and maintain email campaign sequences
Performs other task that maybe assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA degree is a plus
At least 2 years experience in the same field
Preferably with experience working with CRM tools such as Go High Level, HubSpot, Dubsado, Constant contacts. (Forms, canned emails, updating workflows etc.)
Experience with Flodesk (email campaign service) or willing to learn the systems
Experience with Google Workspace including google drive, google meet, etc.
Experience with social media management scheduling tools like Later, Planoly
Familiarity with other software and applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc
Great communication skills
Outstanding time management skills
Detail oriented
Organized and self-motivated
Discretion and confidentiality

Salary Range: $3.00 to $6.00 per hour
Pay Method: Direct Deposit
Shift: Night Shift (Manila)
Status: Part-Time Contractor
