We are looking for a hungry, passionate and experienced Outbound Sales Coordinator, "a hunter" or an "appointment setter" who will have a leading role in defining our customer success during this hyper growth phase and be an integral part of our company for years to come. This full time role is homebased and will be working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong, Philippines, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Shanghai.

We all work hard to complete our tasks on time, but we also have a fun company culture with an entire team in the Philippines that works remotely. We frequently host company-wide contests engineered to promote virtual team bonding!
The ideal candidate has a great attention to detail and, most importantly, is HARD WORKING. The applicant must be up for a challenging, but rewarding experience supporting our growing portfolio of clients - some of the world’s largest Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns. We are looking for team-players, go-getters with strong multi-tasking ability to manage multi-million dollar client campaigns. We are a team of young and hard-working professionals that go the extra mile to ensure client success whilst having a lot of fun along the way!
In addition to your competitive hourly wage, we will pay you up to $50 per appointment booked. We expect you to reach out to about 100 prospects per day (about 14 per hour for about 7-8 hours per day). You should be able to get 5 or so appointments per 100 prospects, so that is up to an extra $1250 in bonus per week!!

• Experience with eCommerce and marketing is a plus
• Experience with Asana, Klaviyo, Slack is a plus
