Looking for a property manager for Serviced Accommodation. Properties in United Kingdom.
We manage 6-9 properties and d ---------- it is time for some additional help with:
-Customer service
-Managing Channel Manager (We use Zeevou)
-Track and manage expenses
-Advertise and improve OTAs (add new OTAs)
-Manage check-ins and check-outs
-Provide and share information on Social Media (Instagram etc)
-Track and check guests via integrated software

Requirements:
Previous work as a VA (Virtual Assistant) is Mandatory
Experience in Property Management (experience in Service Accommodation Management is mandatory)
Experience with OTAs (Airbnb, ---------- is mandatory)
Speaking and Understanding English Language on higher level (Full Professional Proficiency or Professional Working Proficiency as minimum)
Experience with Channel Manager (Zeevou experience would be highly preferred)
Experience with Customer Support (dealing with guests, clients highly preferred)
Creativity and thinking outside the box (finding alternative ways of advertising)

I am looking to employ someone who would be keen to learn and grow. Finding solutions to problems quickly is very highly preferable.

Ideally I am looking to teach someone my ways of dealing with the business I have established. Firstly We would work together and I would introduce current situation of how I run the system, you would need to learn quick. We would start on a part time employment with basic tasks. First weeks we might work for 10-20 hours and while the tasks will get more difficult and more specific we could increase number of hours per day or even go full time. I was advised that managing 6-9 properties usually takes 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. Expected working hours would be between 9am-5pm UK which can be variable depending on the situation.
