My company has been in operation since 1999, and we are constantly expanding our workforce. Over the last 10 years, we've had a lot of virtual assistants. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years. As of now, I have 56 full-time online employees.
We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver, and knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.
These are the most important tasks you will do on a daily basis. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7 and you must be open to rotational shift work.

Responsibilities:
Facebook
Create ads, split test ads, create campaigns, monitor campaigns, and optimize ads.
Target ads based on demographic, interest,s and pages.
Create lookalike audiences for targeting
Manage ad spend/revenue to achieve positive ROI
Make changes on ad campaigns based on insights from Google Analytics
Provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management
Learn and Test New Traffic Sources - We are looking for someone who can take a course or do online research on how to utilize new online traffic sources and then test out that traffic source.
Landing Page Split Test - Monitor and d
Data Collection Reports - Collect daily/weekly/monthly data on ads' results and how funnels and traffic sources have performed for the day/week/month.
Other miscellaneous tasks
Manage Social Media accounts - You would help when it comes to replying to comments and messages, in order to see what questions prospective customers have in order better understand them, identify pain points, and to remove friction in the buying process.
These are other tasks that you will do, and you must be open and comfortable doing other tasks as we have a team of over 56 virtual assistants and there may be other departments that may need your help.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 1 year of working experience in Transcription & Article Writing
Positive working attitude and observe professionalism at all times.
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and problem-solving ability.
Be able to keep all sensitive information confidential
Good communication skills
Active Listening Skills
Good Typing Skills
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Edit content for brand consistency and accuracy
Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar.
Strong attention to detail, language, flow, and grammar.

Transcription & Product Manual Creation:
The transcriber’s tasks include creating accurate transcripts of our YouTube videos,
The transcriber will review and edit transcriptions done by transcription software, and identify any inconsistencies.
Edit the Transcriptions so they can be used for blog posts, product manuals, or social media content.
Add Timestamps to videos
Article Writing
Write content for a variety of media including social, print,
Write FAQs and edit existing content of our Knowledge Base articles.
Other miscellaneous tasks
Document Creation & Organization – Format Word documents, create tables and organize styles. An example of this is formatting exercise programs (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs).
Backup Content & Other Important Data - help the team in backing up important files.
Sales Organization & Data Collection – On a weekly or bi-weekly basis, collect sales made from offers and promotions and organize the data collected into a
Tasks Procedures – Assist in building procedures and create instructional videos about the tasks you do. This is also the way the training is done.
Software – Must have an understanding or be open to learning Microsoft Office products, Descript, Zoom, Hangout
