Microsoft Office expert for English-language technical support to end users

My company builds an office suite that competes with Microsoft Office.

I am looking for a freelancer who will provide technical support to our end users. We have a team of in-house support specialists, but we need additional manpower.

Your tasks:
• Provide high-quality technical support to end users through our web-based ticket system
• Analyze customer reports for potential bugs in the software
• Create trouble tickets for our software developers
• While we are based in Germany, you would work from your home office.

Requirements:
• You must be a Microsoft Office expert.
• You must have excellent general knowledge about hardware and software.
• You must have excellent knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10. Knowledge of Linux and Android is an advantage.
• You must have an excellent command of the English language, both in reading and writing.
• If you know other languages well, list them in your application.

If you provide high-quality work, this will be an ongoing project.
