ACQUISITION SPECIALIST/ FOLLOW UPS (Voice Account)

URGENT HIRING FOR ACQUISITION SPECIALIST/ FOLLOW UPS (Voice Account)

We are looking for a diligent individual who will call and follow up on the leads to give offers to potential property sellers.

- Work From Home setup
- Graveyard Shift (11 am - 8 pm CST, 9 hours shift - paid 1hr break)
- $4 per hour starting rate
- Weekly pay (every Wednesday)
- $200 bonus for contract
- $200 bonus for closed deals

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Communication Skills (fluent in English/American Accent)
- With Real Estate and Podio Experience is a plus
- Can communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Real Estate Sales Expertise
- Negotiation Skills
- Real Estate Follow up experience at least 1 year
- Should have BPO experience for 2 years or more
- Must have own pc/laptop (i5 Processor or equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Quite working station
- Noise Canceling Headset
- Stable internet and power connection (minimum of 10mbps)
- Follow Scripts and Rebuttals
