About the Role:
We are looking for an SEO Outreach Specialist to lead our outreach department. This role will work closely with the team to develop outreach angles, set realistic goals, and implement strategies.
You will be in charge of running link-building email outreach campaigns. The candidate we're looking for is willing to take ownership of the task and is responsible for hitting monthly targets for the team.

Responsibilities:
* Run outreach campaigns from start to finish, including prospect research, organizing leads, reaching out to contacts,
email follow-ups, and come up with content ideas, communicate with the team on goals and targets.
* Write & deliver persuasive email pitches, canned responses, and follow-ups.
* Manage email inboxes, sort prospect responses, and track results.
* Negotiate on our behalf to ultimately “close the deal” to secure a link at the best possible price.
* Collaborate and delegate tasks to other members of our team.
* Create and document procedures to improve processes.
* Meet targeted monthly targets (links landed, deals closed).
* Stay on top of SEO knowledge, outreach strategies, news, and PR trends
* Develop creative ways to approach journalists, webmasters, and bloggers

About You:
* Native-level proficiency in written English – You can write clearly, concisely, and persuasively. You understand the subtle
nuances of the English language. (This is very important!)
* Internet-savvy - You spend a lot of time online and know your way around the internet
* You can stay focused and calm during negotiations and are resilient to setbacks or rejections
* Can get creative when negotiating and fast with numbers. A street smart dealmaker.
* You enjoy solving complex problems and taking initiative
* Well-organized - you’ll be managing thousands of contacts and emails conversations
* You can work outside of your comfort zone and have a "get things done" mindset
* Takes ownership of the results and issues that arise

Skills & Experience
* In-depth knowledge of off-page SEO
* 2+ years in SEO outreach, cold email, or Digital PR (Preferred)
* SEO tools such as ahrefs, Moz, Buzzstream, Pitchbox, Muck Rack
* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs
* Basic knowledge of HTML and website administration
* References of people in SEO who can vouch for you (plus)
* Negotiations and closing


We will start with a 6-month probationary period while you are in training and learning if we are a good fit to work together. Starting pay is determined by experience. We do a rigorous hiring process, so please be prepared.
After this, we will move to an 800 - 1,200 USD base salary with more room to grow as your skills and performance improve.
