Sales Development Rep (SDR) Full Time

We're looking to hire a Full Time Sales Development Rep rep to join our fast growing recruiting & staffing agency!

If you like outbound sales you're going to love this job- and if you're good you'll make a lot of money! (we pay a base plus commission for the first year we work with clients and the average client pays us $50k - $500k or more per year! )

You don't have to talk to clients, your job will to be to create and deploy cold outbound campaigns hitting hundreds of potential clients per week.

You'll get access to tools and software to scale up growth campaigns where you'll work directly with the CEO to come up with outbound strategies and fully run campaigns.

You'll also work with recruiting tea ---------- mbers to market our best candidates via our outbound campaigns.

What we're looking for:
- Good english skills
- Good copy writing and written skills is a MUST (please don't apply if you don't have good grammer/writing skills)
- Great work ethic and someone who's reliable
- Understanding of tech/hiring a plus

Compensation:
- Base plus bonuses for client accounts for the first year they're with us!
